The project concerns the design of a ground floor house of 110 sq.m. on a plot of 330 sq.m. in the Anatoli of Ioannina.
The house accommodates a family of three and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and two bathrooms. Due to the rest of the building and the future expansion of the family, the back of the house where the bedrooms are located, the building has been elevated for future construction of an internal balcony which will allow the creation of additional functional space.
